Good video camcorder for makeup vids???? 10 points?
Hi, what is a good affordable video camera that I can use to make makeup tutorial videos?
It has to be able to focus up on things that are close, since myface will be close to the screen...
Or it can be a camera that has a video camera in it.

get the sanyo hd camera. its affordable and great quality. especially if you want to upload your tutorials to youtube, its the perfect device. For the eyes, she used false eyelashes, but you don't have to go that extreme, just apply 3-4 coats of black mascara. The shadow is a tan, a bit on the darker side, so use a dark tan from the lashline, to the top of the crease of your eyelid. As for eyeliner, she has it winged out. Use liquid eyeliner: draw a thin line along the lashline, and wing it out at the end, kind of just a long/short (whatever your preferance) flick.
as for the gloss, use a clear or frosted pink.Does anyone know how ashley tisdale does her makeup in her new video ';Suddenly';?{With pics}?

Maybe a foundation that has that dewy look
Fake eyelashes with black eyeliner drawn out to ends and tilted up and on the inner rim of the lower eye.
A dark bronzy eye shadow with a light beige on top.
okay, first of all, she's wearing reallllly long false eyelashes. you can probably get that look with just a lengthening and volumizing mascara, in dark black.
to start though, you'll need gold, silvery purple, and bronzeish eyeshadows, metallic but not sparkly, silver eyeliner it looks like, and the DARK black mascara
put the bronze all over your lid, into, and slightly above, the crease. next, cover your entire lid with gold, blending INTO the crease. follow this with the silvery purple close to the lash line. use a little bit of the bronze to make sort of ';wings'; up to your browbone.
next, line above your lashes on your top lid, and below your lashes on the bottom all the way around and slightly thick, with the silver liner (make sure it's shimmery)
finally, finish off with two or three coats of mascara on top and bottom, and you should be good!

i want to enter a competition on yourtube, %26amp; the topic of entry is 'film yourself re-creating the make up from of a music video' the make up look must be dramatic, and i would personally love to do a look that has heavy eye make-up in like a rainbow of tropical theme

You get a silver color or metalic color eye shadow and put that on the inner side of the lid, then add a light metalic blue or purple color, then add a much darker color on the outter lid. Then using a black eyeshadow draw a ';v'; on the outter lid and blend to get that cat eye look. Now put on liquid eyeliner on top lid and curl and put on mascara. Add a light blue shimmery shadow on the lash line and blend it with the black eyeliner.

1.) Comb your lashes while they're still wet with an eyelash comb. They're inexpensive; I found mine at Traget for two dollars.
2.) Curl your lashes for about 5 minutes with an eyelash curler. These are also common and affordable, mine was 4 bucks.
3.) Apply a primer. These are a bit harder to find, and a tad more expensive. I use Clinique's because it has natural conditioners and healthy proteins that help build lashes. It also preps your lashes by separating them and enhancing your mascara.
4.) Apply one coat of a healthy mascara. I suggest Neutrogena Healthy Volume. It's about 8 dollars and you can find it at Wal-Mart, Target, etc.
5.) Re-curl and re-apply if necessary.

get some foundation, some eyeliner, lipgloss, LOTS of mascara (her eyelashes might of been fake ones), and a shimmery bronze eyeshadow.
that's all i think she put on...but it's professional, so i don't know exactly how to apply everything.

yes all male actors wear makeup. They have to or there eyes wouldn't shoe up. there would just be these circles on there face. If they don't like it, then why the heck are they acting lol. Some people are against it because they think only women should wear makeup and if guys start wearing it then some guys think that will give us women an idea that they would do other things. how can you watch that? oh my gosh my head hurts now. she talks waaaay too fast and her accent is weird and hard to understand.
anyhoo, here's what she used (i think... again, i don't know 100% cuz i could barely understand her, but these are my best guesses)
eyeshadow primer - no clue what she actually used but i'm betting it's not as good as urban decay primer potion. if you're gonna buy eyeshadow primer, get that instead of whatever she's using.
first eyeshadow - vanilla sugar by bare escentuals/bare minerals
highlight/second eyeshadow - doesn't say because it's her own line. for this i'd get a MAC eyeshadow in brule or naked lunch. they're really soft colors and make great highlights.
blush - dior pro-cheek.. she doesn't say what color but it's basically a really light, sheer pink. on the other side she uses a MAC pigment called pink opal.
outer corner eyeshadow - again, it's her own line so it doesn't have a name or a brand. it's just a dark brown matte eyeshadow.
eyeliner on outer corner of lid and outer corner of waterline - she uses the same eyeshadow she used in the outer corners as her eyeliner. so, just get an eyeliner brush and a dark brown matte shadow.

get some foundation, some eyeliner, lipgloss, LOTS of mascara (her eyelashes might of been fake ones), and a shimmery bronze eyeshadow.
that's all i think she put on...but it's professional, so i don't know exactly how to apply everything.

so funny that video came out when i was like 8 and i wanted to look just like her i always did my hair like that, so that may be extentions but to do it naturally you cant really have bangs just brush it straight, and take a big section of hair from above your left ear and pin it to the other side behind your right ear, and then brush it straight back from behind that section all the way to the end its almost 60's gogo dancer-ish, same for the makeup its very simple light blue eye shadow from lash line i think all the way to the brow bone then white liner on the water line, light pink blush, and peachy pink lip gloss try maybelline shiney-licious in mellon ball its like the exact same color

Amy lee always has dramatic eyes, so for this video, she used a dark brown liner on the inside and outside of the bottom lid, all the way around the eye and back again. then she smudged it with a finger or sponge brush! some products have that on the back on the liner. Use a soft liner also. Next rub some black liner on the top lashes, before taking a dark brown into the crevise of the eye. Smudge with brown shadow all over, using a liughter brown as highlight. then put ojn your mascara, and voila! keeo the lip clear! it is nto natural at all, butid very dramatic and pretty.

I need help with locating a REALLY good makeup video tutorial?
I have been searching the web for sometime now for a REALLY good makeup tutorial on how to apply 3 shades of eyeshadow and blend them so it looks like your makeup was done by a professional. I do know how to apply my makeup but when I try to do anything dazzling it ends up looking horrible. I need expert advise and guidance. Then she has a classic green in the crease and a little above the lid and then finished off with a sparkly whiteish green. By the time your done there should be a bout a quarter inch of space between where the shadow ends and your eyebrow. Hope this helps it was kinda hard to get it down but this will work anyways :)avast

hmmm i think it just might be your camera.. some of them dont hold long videos. my suggestion is to make a bunch of teeeeeny clips like be like okay not put on this pink eyeshadow.. put it on and stop recording. then make another one, like now put on eyeliner. put on your eyeliner, and stop recording. then when you put it on the computer you should be able to edit it and make it into one long video. thats what i do because my computer gets messed up when trying to upload long videos, then i use imovie (they are for macs, windows media player is for windows computers, not sure about others) and then i put them together into one long video: )

I had a canon powershot that did that and there was nothing that I could do to prevent it from stopping. Maybe you should try using a webcam instead, they come with software to record video usually.

3. apply white eyeshadow under eyebrows.
4 put black eyeliner all over... getting real close to the lash line. (o on the water line and outside of water line for under the eyes.)
5 take a thin brush and blend it in so it isn't too harsh and gives it a smoky effect.
6. put 2 coats of black mascara on bottom and top lashes.
7. use a dark brown blush...... apply under cheek bones.
8 . go over with a skin color blush
9. go ovver that with a light pink blush

Use two coats of mascara.
False eye lashes would look really good as well.

Depends on your age. I think that is a look for someone more in their twenties or older not for teens. Teens needs much less. Remember really at any age less is more.

By the time your done there should be a bout a quarter inch of space between where the shadow ends and your eyebrow. Hope this helps it was kinda hard to get it down but this will work anyways :)

hmmm i think it just might be your camera.. some of them dont hold long videos. my suggestion is to make a bunch of teeeeeny clips like be like okay not put on this pink eyeshadow.. put it on and stop recording. then make another one, like now put on eyeliner. put on your eyeliner, and stop recording. then when you put it on the computer you should be able to edit it and make it into one long video. thats what i do because my computer gets messed up when trying to upload long videos, then i use imovie (they are for macs, windows media player is for windows computers, not sure about others) and then i put them together into one long video: )

Charge your battery and if that doesn't work, go over to the place where you bought it and ask them!!

one of my best friends has a huge photoshoot in a week and she needed a very sunripen tan look. She used it and i saw results already today
it comes with a set of lotion, spray and after party bronzers that work together. the lotion helps naturally tone the skin while balancing oils and such... the spray is a once a day formula that activate the lotion even more and speeds up the process and the afterparty is the stuff you put on right before going out for a late night out on town or such to have that gorgeous glow to add to your already tanned skin

Its simple.
first put on a Skintone base on your eyelids.

Then make it go darker across your eye.
Its kinda hard to explain.
And basically put eyeliner on.
On the outter corner of your eye, extend the eyeliner in a lil line, a lil less then a cm.
and then basically you'll have that look :)

Another place you can go is to Merle Norman as they will teach you how makeup is applied. Note of caution: Everyone has their own idea of what looks good so don't let anyone talk you into something you don't like.
