what you'll need:
-black eyeshadow(or maybe dark red or green i couldn't really tell but you can experiment!)
-black mascara
-black eyeliner
-white eyeliner
take the black eyeshadow and apply it all over your lid, almost to your eyebrow arch and alittle out the the side. then apply the black eyeliner on the inner corners of your eyes and the top of your lid to accent the shadow. color in the inner corners of your eyes with a white eyeliner(can be substitute with white eyeshadow if you can't find any). then apply 3 coats of black mascara on your top and bottom lashes.Hayley William's makeup in the new video ';That's What You Get';?
