im entering a contest on youtube where i have to make a video showing really dramatic and bright and fun makeup but re-making it by someone in a music video.

-use bright and fun colors that arent often used.
like yellows, and oranges, bright greens.
-try doing a rainbow across your eye lids,
with different colors.
-use glittery eyeliner.
