do you have a mall around you? well then go to saphoras. its a make-up store with everything you could ever want, including make-up pros. just walk in and talk to the guy/girl that is neer one of the make-iup stations and tell them what you want to learn. theres no better way to learn then hands on. plus if you have any questions you can just ask... insted of having to send an email to the editor of seventeen and waiting 2 weeks to get an answer
