Pretty self explanatory. what do i need? what are the steps?

it looks like, she just uses a simple light grey eye shadow on the base of her eye lids, but dont use too much otherwise you wont acheive the softness of her eyes, it also looks like she uses a simple black liquid eye liner on the top, in a thin line along her lashes with a small wing at the end, and then a simple black eyeliner pencil on the bottom :)
