If i can remember she used a light white shimmer for eyeshadow and dark black eyeliner. I can tell if she is wearing fake lashes but im sure she had lots of mascara to make it llok dark. At the bottom lid she had white eyeliner to make her eyes look dollish and POP! you can use black or white either or. Hope it helps
